Minor Settlement

Did you know that if a company asks to settle a claim with a minor, a court must approve the settlement? That’s the case in Tennessee, and a host of other states as well.
If you have accepted a settlement from a company, including but not limited to Advanced Bionics Corporation, related to pain or injury associated with a product failure (including the Advanced Bionics Clarion CI, CII, CII-x or HiResolution 90k / HiRes90k cochlear implant), and a court has not approved the settlement, please contact us today.
