Cochlear Implant Lawyer Files Lawsuit

Tennessee attorneys representing children and adults file lawsuit to protect clients’ rights

The lawsuits filed allege wrongdoing by the cochlear implant manufacturer for the manufacture and sale of the device, which has been marketed as the most reliable cochlear implant in the world.
