Cases Relating to HiRes90k with AstroSeal feedthru filed in California

Tennessee attorneys Tim Edwards and Ed Wallis have filed two lawsuits on behalf of two injured clients in California state court. The lawsuits pertain to the Advanced Bionics HiRes90k cochlear implant device, a product which was twice recalled by the company in 2004 and 2006. Mr. Edwards and Mr. Wallis are counsel of record for injured  children in other cases pending in other courts in the federal court system.
