Tim Edwards and Ed Wallis are Advanced Bionics cochlear implant attorneys who represent persons across the globe, including from coast to coast in the United States, in Canada and elsewhere, who received an Advanced Bionics HiRes90k cochlear implant especially from 2003 to 2006. The failure of these implants is related to moisture intrusion in the device. Symptoms of failure include popping and crackling sounds inside of the implant. For young children, you may see the child remove the device suddenly and refuse to wear the device. Some children have experienced painful shocking sensations. These symptoms are applicable to both adults and children.
